Attorney Bio
Kevin Hall has been in practice since 2003 providing legal representation in a civil practice including the areas of business litigation, real property disputes, legal counseling to small businesses, general civil litigation, and personal bankruptcy.
Legal Experience
Mr. Hall is admitted before all of the courts of the State of California, including the California Supreme Court and the United States Eastern and Central Districts of California. Mr. Hall has represented insurance, private, and municipal clients in litigation and transactional matters and has experience practicing before all branches of California government. Specifically, Mr. Hall had represented clients in construction defect and warranty matters, retail and commercial lease negotiations and litigation, business counsel and litigation, and other civil matters.
Academic Background
Mr. Hall graduated and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento in 2003. During law school, Mr. Hall served as a staff writer and an Associate Articles Editor for The Transnational Lawyer. Mr. Hall also published commentary in the California Initiative Review. Mr. Hall also actively participated in the Institute for Legislative Practice.
Community Activities
Mr. Hall previously served on the Cordova Community Planning Advisory Council and has served in various capacities with the Boy Scouts of America for over 15 years.
